The cost is variable depending on the service and number of clients but we will stick to a budget that suits you. However, the best thing to do is contact us so we can talk through your requirements and give you a more personal and accurate quote.

In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:
up to 7 days before - deposit plus cancellation fee
7 - 30 days - deposit
full refund prior 30 days.
If bookings are made last minute this will change.
Payment & services
A deposit will be charged when the booking is confirmed and the total amount to be paid by date stated on invoice.
There is daily, weekly & monthly rates depending on the service required. If you have a budget please let us know in advance and the chef will work with you to stick to it. Once the menu and service has been finalised, confirmation of booking will be made and an invoice for the deposit will be produced, the final invoice will be sent over after our work is complete.
When hiring a private chef, fees will apply for all travel costs including flights, accommodation and all food costs as well as the hiring service fee as stated above.
The chef and the host has full liability insurance if any accidents occur.

In the unlikely event that LUXURYPRIVATECHEF for any reason needs to change your booking dates you will be offered a full refund and discounted on your next booking.
