Touch of Spice are representatives for a selection of luxury villas throughout Queenstown and we offer full concierge services for guests booking these properties. One service we offer is that of a private in villa chef which is where Joshua assisted us on occasion. When required his partner assisted with service requirements for meals.
We found Josh to be very responsive when we were requesting availability and in providing menu selections for guests to choose from. It was no problem for dietary requirements to be met when requested by clients.
The feedback we received from our clients was always positive and the properties were left in excellent condition once he had completed service at the end of the evening.''

"My family and I were fortunate enough to have Josh Todd as our chef in a catered chalet in Baqueira, Spain.
He produced this on a daily basis for breakfast and dinner, he also produced cakes and biscuits for afternoon tea and canapés for pre dinner treats.
During our stay, Josh cooked a full Christmas dinner of Turkey and all the trimmings and still managed to come and ski socially with his guests.

He is a hardworking and friendly chef who created food to a very high standard. He is very passionate about food and received excellent feedback from everyone that dined with us during his time in the kitchen.
His partner Cassandra Jennings also worked alongside Josh. They worked very well together with Cassandra serving wines as well as food while interacting with the customers in a friendly and professional manor. They worked very well as a team together.
Joshua Todd joined MY Astrid Conroy as sous chef. He completed 3 busy Mediterranean seasons including a brief trip in Norway.
Joshua was making all the desserts for the guests who were always stunned at the skill and presentation he put in to each and every one of them.
Joshua was a popular crew member and it was a pleasure to work with him over the past three seasons.
"I booked Josh to cook a romantic meal for me and my fiancé for Valentine's Day, and it is certainly the best Valentine's dinner I've ever had - undoubtedly better than any restaurant I have ever been to. We had a 3 course meal accompanied by champagne which Josh recommended, and it accompanied the canapés perfectly. My fiancé is a very fussy eater but Josh catered to his every need and produced a faultless meal. Not only did the food taste perfect, it was also presented beautifully - Josh definitely provides a personal touch you just can't get anywhere else. The whole evening was entirely stress free for me, which meant I could really enjoy the special occasion: it ran very smoothly and I will definitely book again in the future."
