Prices
The cost is variable depending on the level of service, number of clients and for how long the chef is needed. Hiring a private chef usually ranges between £200 - £400 a day plus food and travel costs, some bookings require additional costs for preparation days and may require a server.
Rates include time for preparation, shopping as well as the cooking, serving & clearing up on the day. We also provide and include certain types of tableware.

Menus
We have a choice of either Set Menus or Bespoke Menus below by Private Chef & Founder Joshua Todd.
When enquiring please tell us what meals you require. We use high quality and in season local produce when possible. We make sure there is always plenty of food to go around and often left overs for the next day.

Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies. We also provide canapés and specially prepared cakes, please see below for more information.

Bespoke Menus - See example menus from previous client bookings
Prices vary depending on the number of guests, courses and the style of dining. Minimum spend applies. 
All bespoke bookings are tailor made which you will receive a questionnaire for when enquiring, if you have a budget in mind please let us know in advance. However, the best thing to do is contact us so we can talk through your requirements and give you a more personal and accurate quote. Quotes will be determined on how much prep work is involved as well as service on the day. Menus subject to change depending on ingredient availability

Seasonal Set 5 Course Tasting Menus - £100 per head
£100 per head, based on 12 guests. Includes a private chef  and an assistant/server. All single occasion bookings will receive printed menu cards, bread/butter and petit fours to finish. Travel costs are added on top at 45p per mile after the first 10 miles. Add canapés at £12 per head. 
Minimum spend applies, price per head can increase if guest numbers go below/above 12 or there are any significant changes to the set menus. 
Any dietaries or allergies will be offered a similar alternative dish. Menus subject to change depending on ingredient availability

Seasonal Set 3 Course Fine Dining Menus - £80 per head
£80 per head, based on 12 guests. Includes a private chef  and an assistant/server. All single occasion bookings will receive printed menu cards, bread/butter and petit fours to finish. Travel costs are added on top at 45p per mile after the first 10 miles. Add canapés at £12 per head.

Seasonal Set 3 Course Relaxed Dining Menus - £60 per head
£60 per head, based on 12 guests. Includes a private chef  and an assistant/server. All single occasion bookings will receive printed menu cards, bread/butter and petit fours to finish. Travel costs are added on top at 45p per mile after the first 10 miles. Add canapés at £7.50 per head.
Minimum spend applies, price per head can increase if guest numbers go below/above 12 or there are any significant changes to the set menus.

£50 per head, based on 12 guests. Includes a private chef  and an assistant/server. All single occasion bookings will receive printed menu cards, bread/butter and petit fours to finish. Travel costs are added on top at 45p per mile after the first 10 miles. Menus vary depending on seasons.

Celebration Cakes
Add a special occasion cake to your booking, a great way to finish off your celebratory meal with a highly-executed mouthwatering cake from the famous pastry chef Adam Cleal from Niche Patisserie.
Chef Joshua Todd owner of Luxury Private Chef previously worked alongside Adam in Michelin Starred restaurant Gidleigh Park Hotel. Since then Adam has worked and help gained Michelin stars in other establishments, he went on to become runner up in Great British Bake Off The Professionals and so much more.
Adam now runs his own incredible patisserie in Oswestry where they provide the ultimate luxurious afternoon tea experience. We work closely with them to provide our clients with freshly baked breads such as sourdough, petit fours, cakes and other pastry products.
