Hire Owner & Private Chef Joshua Jennings-Todd for your next Occasion
Joshua has various dates throughout the year open to the majority of bookings made directly with us. He is able to travel all over the UK and abroad for single occasions or temporary bookings.
At other times of the year he is working hard with various affiliated partners, repeat clients and other projects of his businesses.
When he is not available, we have other highly reputable chefs we will aim to provide you with.
Husband and wife team usually coming together but sometimes we have to separate them at busy times.
Based in Liverpool but we keep them busy everywhere including overseas, we are often sending Marc to look after clients in Switzerland and other parts of Europe.
We always have incredible feedback from the guests and they are often requesting for them time after time.
Rob is a highly skilled chef and delivers excellent food cooked from the heart.
He is based in the Midlands and happy to travel anywhere, he is often flying over to the Alps in the winter season cooking for clients in their ski chalets.
He is married with twins, which keeps him busy away from the stove.

Very experience passionate and friendly private chef, Helder originates from Spain but has worked all over the world.
Based in Spain with his wife and children, he often is travelling all over Europe including the UK for work. He speaks fluent Spanish, English, Basque and some French.
Owner Josh has worked with Helder on occasions for temporary positions in the UK for UHNW clients and provides work for him around Europe.
Phil is often very busy with an executive chef role overseeing several establishments, on occasions he will make time to provide private dining services for our clients.
Based in Liverpool but happy to travel anywhere, he is a great leader and team player.
He has a genuine passion for culinary arts, works extremely hard but makes sure he always has time for his family.
He is also a keen fruit and veg grower so in his spare time he is often found in the garden.

Other Private Chefs
Occasionally we will bring in other highly trained private chefs that may work with us a few times a year over the busy periods who are not listed above but we ensure each chef produces the food to a very high standard with their own flare.
We also use specialist trained pastry chefs to create certain elements to your dining experiences with us.
Servers, butlers, sommelier's mixologists & KP's
We have other freelance staff on hand in many locations that we have carefully chosen, we will place the best team in the right locations. We also use highly reputable private staff agencies that have very experienced individuals to certain bookings.
