Joshua has various dates throughout the year open to the majority of bookings made directly with us. He is able to travel all over the UK and abroad for single occasions or temporary bookings.

At other times of the year he is working hard with various affiliated partners, repeat clients and other projects of his businesses. 

When he is not available, we have other highly reputable chefs we will aim to provide you with.

Salim has been working with us for many years now and a lot of our clients have already enjoyed eating his food. 
 

Based in the Cotswolds but happy to travel anywhere required, he's very reliable and always showcases his best.
 

From fine dining to casual dining he will create an incredible experience for you.

Husband and wife team usually coming together but sometimes we have to separate them at busy times.
 

Based in Liverpool but we keep them busy everywhere including overseas, we are often sending Marc to look after clients in Switzerland and other parts of Europe.
 

We always have incredible feedback from the guests and they are often requesting for them time after time.

Chef Paul specialises in fine dining tasting menus but is a great all rounder chef.

We wish we could use Paul more but he's always booked up with other clients. 
 

He works to the highest standards and creates incredible masterpieces only using the finest of ingredients.

Occasionally we will bring in other highly trained private chefs that may work with us a few times a year over the busy periods who are not listed above but we ensure each chef produces the food to a very high standard with their own flare.
We also use specialist trained pastry chefs to create certain elements to your dining experiences with us.
